Pranaa Yoga is our signature practice at Prana House. Many of our teachers have trained directly with our founder & creator of Pranaa Yoga, Julie Gargano, in this versatile adaptable and integrated style of yoga. The basis of the practice is to seamlessly balance the physical practice with a more subtle internal practice where consciousness, meditation, energy awareness and connection are experienced simultaneously. This is where the true magic of yoga happens and where one experiences both the form and the formless. The approach to the physical practice is unique and varied and can be modified according to the intention of the practice. For example it can be held and supported with yoga props for a more technical, deeper or restorative exploration of yoga, or it can flow like a graceful dance synchronising breath, prana and movement. You are left floating out of your classes!
