Based on the practice and teachings of Pranaa Yoga, Integrated Amrit Method Yoga & I AM Yoga Nidra.

These classes are for the dedicated and experienced student and/or yoga teacher who seek a deeper and more mature spiritualised practice in yoga and meditation.

Julie Gargano, as the creator of Pranaa Yoga, provides a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience, as she seamlessly balances the integration of both the form (postures) and the formless (prana).

Her thorough & technical approach to the physical yoga poses (asana) will give you confidence, strength and power to move your body and deepen into the long and held postures, whilst simultaneously being anchored in witness consciousness.

There is a strong emphasis on working with the subtlety of Prana, including cultivating Prana and awakening consciousness. This is done through all stages of the class; seated meditation, moving through asana, and concluding with the blissfully euphoric & guided I AM Yoga Nidra.

The extended 2 hour class allows for time to drop in and explore a wide range of yoga poses that are themed weekly. The postures are a combination of either supported poses utilising props or flowing like a graceful dance.

This deeply restorative class is purifying to all your subtle bodies (koshas) and your will feel the impact of being cleansed from the inside- out.

Yoga practice today is not commonly experienced like this and you can note that the quality and integrity to the true teachings of yoga are embraced and cultivated throughout.

Each class is experienced more like an unravelling journey of consciousness'; a meditation in motion.

Yoga as a ‘meditation in motion’

There is something noticeable and special about Pranaa Yoga where the physical postures (asana) become an entry point to take you into deeper meditative states.

Here is where the mind becomes still, and you begin to notice the magical present moment.Experienced as ‘meditation in motion’, you will be guided into your energy field; where the regenerative healing powers lie and where you can experience wonder and awe for the Divine.

The physical aspect of the practice (asana) is varied in its approach, including a combination of long static supported holds, with fluid dance-like sequences.There is much attention to detail to physical alignment and integrity of movement, and yet the consciousness that is awakened throughout the practice is truly liberating.

Inspired by the foundations & grace of classical ballet, the discipline & technical precision of Iyengar Yoga, the ‘meditation in motion’ of Amrit Yoga, the energy cultivation of Pranic Healing, the deep conscious meditative practice of Yoga Nidra, in synchronicity with a deep heartfelt connection to the higher and sacred teachings of esoteric yoga; you will begin to notice the rich tapestry of practices woven into one powerful practice called Pranaa Yoga.

Pranaa Yoga is a style of yoga that was born from my many dedicated years of training and teaching, which synthesises yoga, meditation and energy based practices.

This unique style of yoga bridges form and formless in a spirit infused yoga experience.

I love teaching and I inspire my students to connect to the essence of who they are (Soul), beyond the physical & mental layers.

I have trained and certified hundreds of teachers in Pranaa Yoga through my transformative Pranaa Yoga Teacher Training course.

You can choose from the 10 week Pranaa Yoga/Yoga Nidra Courses or pre-recorded Beginner Yoga Course.

The Beginner Yoga Course sets the foundations of yoga providing a solid practice platform.

The Pranaa Yoga/Nidra and Advanced Yogi Courses take you deeper into the experience of the Prana(a) of Yoga.

Pranaa Yoga

Pranaa Yoga is a unique style of yoga that has a beautiful blend of multi levels of physical & spiritual layers that merge into a seamless meditative yoga practice. With Julie Gargano’s rich and diverse background in yoga, meditation, esoteric, & energy modalities and dance, it is obvious the practice has emerged from many years of depth and dedication to the healing arts. Pranaa Yoga is versatile, adaptable and an integrated. The basis of the practice is to seamlessly balance the physical practice with a more subtle internal practice where consciousness, meditation, energy awareness and connection are experienced simultaneously. This is where the true magic of yoga happens and where one experiences both the form and the formless. The approach to the physical practice is unique and varied and can be modified according to the intention of the practice. For example it can be held and supported with yoga props for a more technical, deeper or restorative exploration of yoga, or it can flow like a graceful dance synchronising breath, prana and movement. You are left floating!

Pranaa Vinyasa

Invigorating & dynamic, offering creative sequencing of yoga poses with breath-synchronized movements with the meditative awareness that is at the heart of each and every Pranaa Yoga class. These smoothly flowing movements are dancer-like and you will work through a series of sun salutations, inversions, back bends and peak poses, pausing for third-eye integration and to reconnect the body and mind. Teachers offer gentle or dynamic and challenging options and so Pranaa Vinyasa suitable for all levels. Yoga experience recommended but not necessary.

Pranaa Restore

Restorative, nourishing and grounding. Pranaa Restore offers a range of fluid, soft movements to create spaciousness, awareness and focus. This practice draws on gentle flow, alignment techniques, breath work and energy awareness which will all help to restore the sublime Prana (energy) back to the body and mind.

Beginner Yoga - 10 Week Courses ‘foundation training’

Are you new to yoga & don't know where to start? Our 10 week Beginner Yoga Course is an excellent foundation course for students new to yoga, aimed at all ages, levels of flexibility & abilities. In a comprehensive systematic method you will learn the basic fundamentals of yoga postures including technical alignment, benefits of the poses, breathing, basic yoga philosophy and its applications to daily life. This is a supportive and encouraging learning environment and is highly recommended as an introductory start to yoga before attending casual classes.

Advanced Yogi -Amrit Yoga

Advanced Yogi Practice - 10 week course ‘tapping into divine potential’

Advanced Yogi -Amrit Yoga Practice allows students to deepen their practice through a more refined and subtler exploration of yoga. We explore the power of the subtle energy bodies (prana), chakras, meditation, intention, chanting, invocation and raising personal frequency to align with higher vibrational frequency where we merge into the Unified unmodified field of consciousness. We use the platform of meditation in motion through the powerful and transformational practice of Amrit Yoga, which was developed by world renowned Yogi Amrit Desai. Amrit Yoga is a combination of Hatha Yoga  & Raja Yoga as a means to integrate action and non-action. Through deliberate action in time and space one moves into a Presence where all doing disappears; where the doer and the action become one. From this state of unity – this state of authentic yoga – life becomes an effortless flow. Amrit Yoga connects you with the ancient roots and fundamental principles that are at the core of all branches of yoga.
